| Everyone who has an interest in photography is welcome to
join our society. We cater for all levels of experience from the most
inexperienced newcomer right through to the professional. We have members
whose interests lie in different fields of photography.....mono prints,
colour prints, slides and digital. Some members even have their own
facilities for developing, printing and enlarging, but most of us haven't. Fees Ordinary Membership which is for Isle of Man residents costs £25 per season and is payable on 1st October each year. Members joining after the 1st of January will be required to pay a reduced fee of £10. This fee entitles the Member to attend all weekly meetings and to enter competitions. (A small additional entry fee is required for the Annual Competition). The member is also entitled to attend and to vote at the Annual General Meeting. Non-members may attend club meetings for a fee of £1 per visit but will not be entitled to enter competitions or vote at the AGM. Non Resident Membership is available for anyone worldwide who would like to enter our competitions. This costs £10. However, competition entries will be restricted to slides because of transportation costs. Return postage must be included with entries. All payments must be made in sterling by way of an International Money Order. Please note that if a non resident becomes a competition winner, the win will only be acknowledged by way of a certificate. No trophy will be permitted to leave the Isle of Man. Junior Membership is free to those aged 16 and under. However, youngsters falling into this category must, at all times, be accompanied by an adult (parent/guardian or someone nominated by them) who will be responsible for their safety and wellbeing whilst attending any Society event whether on the Society's premises or elsewhere.
